We had a great stay here. Huge lobby area with lots of seating and options for food and conversation available. Parking is extra, but once you park, you will not have to move your car. Shuttles ferry and other additional transportation are available or some things are just a walk away. The rooms were good and pretty clean the hallways and the open areas were very minimal and clean and I like that. Explored other floors of the hotel very huge workout area and pool area. There are a few restaurants available on site as well. The room can be a far walk because the hotel is just that big. I was very pleased with my stay here quiet and I also felt safe.

My Granddaughter and I took a week at universal we wanna do experience the new epic adventure which was way too crowded for me putting it off for another 2 to 3 years get the newness out of the way but islands of adventure and Universal Studios were fantastic. Sapphire Falls resort has the most amazing pool area kids NH adults would love it. It’s beautiful. It looks like a tropical lagoon. The rooms are really nice. They have mini fridge in room help Fiji water available but it’s eight dollars a bottle large very large bottle but it’s eight dollars a bottle. We had a room that overlooked the pool area like I said it’s beautiful. They have all kinds of things to do with the resort they have Saturday night movies out by the apparently out by the pool I don’t know. We were so tired that we had blackout curtains somewhere just zonked it. Fantastic. Just a fantastic resort fantastic place we just we just had so much fun. we really did I can’t. I can’t say enough except like I said we came for epic but epic was and you must if you go to epic you must have the universal app on your iPhone because everything that you eat or drink at the kiosk is done ordering through their app that beware

We had a great experience from checking to check out. Staff was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. It was our first time staying at this property but I definitely won’t be our last we had a truly great experience. Rooms were clean and well appointed wonderful amenities at resort pool lots of activities for children we were impressed! Great service at this resort staff is exceptional 10 out of 10 overall.
